Yeah, uhh... I think you'll find those are actually some of the places *that have centralisation the most*. The internet needs it even more than they do.

All street markets are like that; if you don't centralise them, everybody ends up getting ripped off by questionable sellers or dodgy buyers. That's the reason societies created rules called laws, which act as a centralised failsafe to reduce that problem.
