You obviously need to learn about systems, and the internet, and in fact everything you just talked about.

The internet IS centralised. Go set up a website and you'll find out you can't just do it yourself or host anything you like: there are rules in each country about what you can and can't do. Your hosting provider is required to comply with them.

"Absolute" failsafes don't exist, but neither do "decentralised failsafes". Centralised failsafes aren't perfect, but decentralised ones quite simply don't exist.

Decentralised is equal to lawless unless you don't understand either law or decentralisation, so you should read up on that as well.

There isn't a single correct point in your incoherent response. If you wish to defend a scheme you want to profit from, at least learn enough about it to *pretend* you can defend it.
